I undertook the design and supervision of construction for a new Ipanema Espresso Bar in Omonias / Vasileous Pavlou Street – Limassol. This was an extremely time constrained project. The design process involved both using standardized designs elements, used in all Ipanema Espresso Bars, in combination with bespoke designs for this new Expresso Bar. The client needed the new cafés design and construction drawings to be completed within a week, while demolition works of the existing store was simultaneously being undertaken.
